Jaylon Shelton of New London (TX) West Rusk just told me he has committed to Tulsa. He was at the July 26 camp and picked up an offer on July 28. He's listed as a QB on Rivals...that's what he plays at West Rusk, but colleges are recruiting him as a safety. Has an offer from Louisiana-Monroe and interest from Houston.
