Dumb question about Obamacare [but a serious one]

I just got around to doing my income taxes.

Both my wife and I have medical insurance.

I saw no question on the 1040 about it.

How do they know whether to fine me or not.

The IRS is vetting you to see which political party you belong. They may come down hard on you later if you haven't conformed to Obamamerica. If you are a democ-RAT, you're return is thrown in the box that noone will review.

I'm fine since I figured out to just register independent.

Yeah...anyway...how are they going to figure out who has insurance and who doesn't? Many people, myself included file a joint return but have different insurance. IRS, I believe is responsible for collecting the fees [red fines.] Are giant companies going to have to submit lists of who is eligible and who is not and among those eligible you isn't taking it?

Line 61 Form 1040 where I was just putting down 0's it is imbedded in the text. I haven't mailed it.
