My phone popped up photos from 6 years ago today. My wife and I in short sleeves at a December football game (which included a polar bear plunge in the fountain). Players in white and gold walking off the field with their heads down as a stage is errected at midfield in HA Chapman Stadoum. Players in blue posing for photos with big damn smiles on their faces. A quarterback directing the band.

Not sure if I should thank my phone, or if it hates me. But let's do more of that!

This game is a reminder why TU became the 12th and final member of the American after the Big East became a basketball-only league. We had showed that we belonged on that stage. Wish we could do that again.
