Nice physical and mental win over USF in the conference championship. Neither team scored, but TU wins 6-5 on penalties and gets the silverware and automatic bid to the tourney. Brackets announced Monday at noon central. Hopefully, this was a strong message and 24th ranked TU will get a favorable seeding.

How was that punch not a red card for USF?

Still trying to figure that out. I watched it in a room full of former professional players. Most said it was a send off. it looked like he didn't actually throw a punch but just pushed at him with an open hand. That shouldnt matter under the laws of the game, but in a conference tourney, it might not be over the line.

Definately not a punch. I think that term gets thrown around way to liberally. It was a shove to the face, and it was send off for me .
