So TCU made the playoffs in spite of a close loss. Had they gotten blown out, would they still have made it?

And Ohio State’s last game was a blowout loss, but they back in not having to play a championship game. USC gets penalized playing in a championship game.

The system doesn’t seem equitable. You can almost consider it a penalty to play in a conference championship.

Maybe we're all fortunate that the committee received a reminder from the Utes that Lincoln and the boys lost a game this season. Sometimes they struggle with remembering the faults of their chosen few.
