According to Kelly, TU doesn’t (and hasn’t) provide assistants with contracts. I thought we had offered a couple of 2 year contracts to Gillespie and Young. I just assumed the other coaches were all on 1 year deals… apparently this is not the case.
Anyone have any insight on this? Why we do it this way instead of industry standard?
