So we were picked last, by a wide margin for the west division. UCONN received fewer points than we did in the east. Some crack head gave SMU a 1st place vote in the west. Serious crack head.
Aresco says that the AAC is not replacing UCONN and has no plans to do so. Does that mean our share of the ESPN $ goes up? Big XII commissioner also made it sound that the Big XII is not budging off of 10.
That said, Peters is still w/ the Tulsa World. Been going back and forth all AM about not sending a reporter to the AAC media days and sending 6 to the Big XII media days. Flat out told him the lack of coverage of TU and focusing on entities hundreds of miles away is why we dropped our subscription.
