I sure would like Monty to get his 5th conference win over the last 3 seasons! It would be real nice to end with a win.

I'd like to see our players get their 5th conference win in the last three years. Could give a rats... if Monty gets a win, the players deserve it and have deserved better.
Our team is starving for wins and even a trace of positive momentum.
I was telling someone about the American conference the other day (who wasn't very knowledgeable about college football) and had to humbly submit that we're probably the worst team in the conference over the past few years in terms of wins, attendance and program ascension, even behind Tulane and ECU.

Sad but true . This directly reflects Tulsa University’s lack of financial commitment to the program . Except for brief periods of TU’s existence, the administrative brass has given only miniscule token financial support to football expecting miracles without much risk . TU was a top ten football program in the early 1940’s and all they had to do was pay Henry Frnka another $10,000 to keep the pipeline going but they let him skip town for Tulane. Tulsa has always been small potatoes because the the top brass is small minded and scared.
